What You Get and What It Costs

When you buy from Mid-Michigan Meats, you are getting the best meat you can buy at a price you can’t match anywhere else. 

The meat is fully labeled, vacuum sealed and frozen.

The meat is aged for 14 days.  The aging process is a big part of why our meat tastes so good.  After aging, the meat is butchered to our exact specifications. 

The standard order for beef is ¼ cow. Actually, it is a ½ of ½ of a cow so you get a better mix of meats.  This yields approximately what you see listed below.  All cows are not exactly the same so these weights and quantities will very slightly.

Sirloin Tip Steak Roast 4 roast/steaks 4.5 lbs
T-Bone Steaks 4 steaks 3.5 lbs
Porterhouse Steaks 4 steaks 4.0 lbs
Sirloin Steak 4 steaks 7.0 lbs
Round Steak 2 steaks 6.5 lbs
Cubed Steak 2 packages 2.5 lbs
Ground Beef 65 1 lb packs 65 lbs
Total 128 lbs

The cost for the standard order (1/4 cow) is $500 payable when the meat is delivered.  We accept cash or checks.

Special orders, large orders, pork orders and lamb orders are no problem at all.  Just give us a call and let us know what you need and we will make it happen.
